BBC arrive in Cobh

The research team for the BBC documentary series The Coast arrived in Cobh yesterday Monday the 15th of September. They met with Michael Martin regarding the history of Spike Island which may feature in an upcoming programme. Today they are visiting the naval base on Haulbowline. Look out for the programme in the Autumn which should also feature other East Cork coastal locations

Midleton Food & Drink Festival Great Success

Last Saturday's Food Festival in Midleton was a great success, with over 10,000 food lovers enjoying the festivities.
